The 1st graders put on a play about a foolish rabbit who heard a coconut falling to the ground and thought it was an earthquake scaring all of the other animals in the forest.
The 12th graders presented to the high school students the dangers of plastic for the oceans and people. Millions of sea animals lose their lives through ingesting or getting trapped in plastic.
Second and third grade students picked an historic person, researched and prepared a triple-board presentation from which they could talk about them. Below are three videos of the fantastic projects that were presented.
Grades 4-6 held a spelling bee. Ms. Sabah is the fifth grade teacher in the photo and Ms. Nuri, 4th grade teacher, organized the affair. 1st place winner is Adam Amer (5th grade) 2nd place winner is Musa Ahmad (6th grade) 3rd place winner is Eden Ibrahim (5th grade)
